New apartment building at the corner of Cornwall and Algoma Streets is supposed to be open this month. I wonder what businesses are going to locate in the commercial spaces on the ground floor?
sooo I did and, yes, it does say “no Parking”.
This water is the result of a broken valve on Manitou Street. Its been leaking for quite a while now…all that water is running into the sewer.
Still not finished.
You can see the height of the dropoff on one side of the sidewalk. Its a dangerous situation that should not exist, but in Thunder Bay, the “half assed city”, this type of incomplete crap is all too common.
These birds get pretty excited when I show up.
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Seems odd that a museum that is only open for such a short time is closed two out of seven days. You would think that there would be a way of scheduling people to keep it open seven days a week.
No access to the Pool 6 dock area.
Foam insulation particles from the Delta by Marriott Waterfront Hotel construction site in our marina.
MV Labrador finally made it into port
Starlings are a pest bird but it is a very attractive pest bird.
The joys of boating….even if your boat never leaves the dock. Most of the boats in the Thunder Bay marina do not leave the dock.
Getting ready for Wdednesday
Lets see how the long awaited repair went. The repair that could have been completed well over a month ago by the contractors that were working on the overpass. The overpass is a stones throw away from this spot.
I will let you make up your own mind about the quality of the work sooo far. The overpass was closed the whole day for this.
Looks like the overpass will have to be closed to traffic again…..
