Thunder Bay – Saturday

Took a photo of this location before. Left it in colour this time.

Likes like the dog was trying to write its name in the snow.  I think it was a dog.

I don’t believe it.

Cutting a trail through the snow.  The Spirit Garden Trail (Wilson Street Headland)

A small group of loiterers. Are they consuming alcohol?  Is the Pope Catholic?  Of course thesy are.

Passing a carton around. Kelly’s finest rotgut wine?  Looks like it to me.

Yup..its Saturday in Marina park sooo that means cars parked at the front door of the Baggage Building (CPR Freight Office).  This van parked a little further away, trying to put some distance between it and the crosswalk.  If the car would move another ten metres, it would be in the parking lot. Soo because this person is to lazy to take an additional 15 or 20 steps, they park in a no parking zone.

Many people do use the parking lot. They do walk over and pick up their children and then walk back to their vehicles.  Some people believe they are above that kind of behaviour.  They are assholes.

Needs to be towed. Why does the City of Thunder Bay allow vehicles to use the parking lot even when the park is closed to the public?

This is frustrating. The sidewalk plow removes the snow. Clears the sidewalk. Then a grader comes along and b locks the sidewalk with a snowbank.  That is the trouble. Graders will drive around many times. Plow a street three times…maybe four times, while a sidewalk might get plowed once.  If the grader operator does not care about the sidewalk, which is the case 100% of the time, then plowing the sidewalk is a waste of time.

You don’t see a Winners cart very often. In fact, I believe this is a first for me.

I imagine what the breathe would smell like.

If you take a photo of a bird or animal, try and get that gleam in the eye/  Supposed to make the subject look alive.  Does not work for statues.  Still looks like a statue.
