Thunder Bay – Saturday

Red sun this morning. OK, orange sun but red sun sounds more dramatic.

Smoke from the forest fires north of the city gave the day an orange-brown tint today. I could have corrected that in post production but I left it.

The end of the line of people waiting to get into the Bluesfest.

Gets longer every second.

Here is the front of the line. Rumour has it these people were here at 6:30 this morning. Gate opened at noon.

They are now going in.

You can see that some goslings are getting coloured feathers.

Notice the oil slick that the ducks are swimming in?

Not true.  In fact, I believe that you can only reduce racism. Racism can never be eliminated.  Its in our genes. Its part of human evolution.  Even reducing it requires dialogue. Open discussion.  Driving racists underground solves nothing.  They are still there.

Sticking crap on any surface that is flat is something that needs to be stopped.  THAT is something that CAN be stopped.

Worm should have stayed in the ground….or the grass at least.
