If the CJ wanted to be really factual (could happen!), the festival area is actually located in Marina Park. Prince Arthur’s Landing is all the new stuff and runs from the Water Garden Pavilion to the Spirit Garden. Prince Arthur’s Landing is inside Marina Park. FYI
I can’t imagine what the view is going to be once the building(s) are complete. I believe a lot of people will be surprised. Not the good kind of surprised.
Work continues. Once they are complete, the area will look like it did before only flatter. I wonder how much this is costing us taxpayers? Then there’s this. A concrete slab/footing of some sort built south of Pier 2 entrance. A base for a sign? Not sure. Any ideas?
