Why can’t we have a working fountain on the waterfront now? Doesn’t it work? I’ve seen workers digging around under the fountain’s hood. Why not turn it on? Why wait?

Some examples of the quality of work that went into the Prince Arthur’s Landing project. Work that is up to now, considered acceptable by the City of Thunder Bay. This is on top of the shoddy concrete, asphalt, building construction and paving stone work.
