bay and algoma
Used to be called bus shelters…now they are bus stop enhancement projects. This one is at Bay and Algoma. No….could have been part of last years Algoma Street construction work but apparently, the City of Thunder Bay is so broke that it cannot afford to pay for bus shelters on its own.
