Thunder Bay – Ooops
For almost one month, the City of Thunder Bay has required the owner of the Lyceum building to demolish the building immediately. The order is very specific and lists reasons why this action is necessary. Now…in one month, all this went away? Why? How can the first engineering report be so wrong? Previous posts here.
