I wonder what does Mr. Angus, private consultant and councillor-at-large for the City of Thunder Bay, do for Mr. Habib?
All those projects in the south end of the city apparently happening in virtual anonymity. One luxury condo project in the north core would have got Mr. Habib full media coverage plus a visit from the mayor.
