Primary area for improvement….Primary area for enhancement….
The truth is what is in the box in the bottom right. the bars represent satisfaction levels with each service.
The red bars, which I assume represent low satisfaction levels, cover infrastructure that are the basic core building blocks of a city.
I just do not understand how people can be satisfied with City Administration and say we are getting good value for our tax dollars when things like major parks and greenspaces, sidewalks, streets and public transit and so on are not satisfactory? Maybe its the term somewhat satisfied.
Somewhat satisfied gets lumped in with very satisfied and I am not sure they mean the same thing. Seventy percent are somewhat satisfied. I wonder if all those respondents would have given that answer had they known that it would be lumped in with the very satisfied response?
Notice there was no somewhat unsatisfied choice. Isn’t somewhat satisfied also not very satisfied? I think all the other choices are not very satisfied. No?
I don’t know what kind of a city it would take for the poll to produce large numbers of not very satisfied or not at all satisfied.
