The above article seems to have omitted one important piece of information……….
Kind of important information is it not? I believe a full disclosure is warranted in this situation.
Also, a couple of years from now, there will be a seven or eight storey condo building blocking that $600,000 view of the lake. Or maybe not? Mr. Serino is someone who should know whether there will be a condo blocking his view. He has a strong connection to the waterfront project. He appears to be telling us that there will not a view blocking structure. Interesting. Yet he is working on the hotel design. Even more interesting.
The two planned waterfront condos plus the hotel will block all of the view of the lake of the Superior Lofts customers.
Whatever happens to the view, it will be a short walk across the street to the Casino.
