Street lights were installed, this week, along the new section of Marina Park Drive that runs between the new south parking lot and the proposed $40 million plus 100% taxpayer funded waterfrint art gallery.
What is interesting is that the lights are spaced further apart than the street lights previously installed along Marina Park Drive.

The old type of light spaced close together
The new type of light spaced much further apart. Why were these not used before?
Looks like an animal hs finally decided to walk overt to one half of the $1 million waterfront sculpture. Did the animal walk over for a sniff or pee?
The snow pattern on the ice looks cool
Why is this piece of waterfront art only visible from the front?
Why not have pictures on ALL sides? That way, it would be visible to everyone around.
The wind is an artist
The bubble system along the waterfront. What did cities do before this technology was available? Fall apart?
