As good as it gets?
Its hard for the water to reach the catchbasin.
This valve has looked like this for months. On a sidewalk as well.
Quality of work we receive for our tax dollars is poor. No craftsmanship here. Just collecting a paycheck.
But then what incentive is there to do better? Its not like anyone has to worry about losing their job. Right?
